Lifetime personal email support

Our professional-level image consultant training includes lifetime personal email support (starting from the date of course registration) where you can ask all your training questions. This is brand-new for 2024 and we are part way through updating the training modules to reflect the change.

Extra support options

There is also the Fabulous Colour Academy membership, here in The VIP Lounge and well away from Facebook), that’s open to everyone, not just those who have trained with me personally. It’s franchise-free support for seasonal and tonal colour analysis, and ladies’ & men’s personal style.

Support hours

Our UK office customer support hours are:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00hrs to 17:00hrs
  • Closed on UK Bank Holidays
  • Closed on Saturday and Sunday
